At Hidden Gardens Nursery you'll find ideas and inspirations to brighten your garden and home. You'll find a dynamic range of plant material, especially edibles, garden art and accessories, indoor decor  and outdoor furniture. We are locally owned and family run in Aptos, CA. We have sought to create a nursery that offers not only a rich and fun shopping experience but an immense diversity in plant species.

     Our vision is to actively promote the idea of home-grown, (sub)urban agriculture. Beyond our diverse selection of ornamentals,edibles and houseplants, we encourage and support growing your own food, composting, chicken keeping and raising honey and mason bees. We offer supplies and workshops to keep gardening, homesteading, and  the community a part of our everyday lives. We will  help you  find more ways to reduce your carbon footprint and live a more green and sustainable life.

Hidden Gardens is devoted to supporting our local wholesale nurseries. Nearly all of our plants are sourced from growers in Santa Cruz County.  Twenty five  percent of all stock and most of our fruit trees and perennial foods are grown by the owners in Aptos at our own growing grounds.
